Church Tracer is a web-based system, which means you can access your account from any computer, phone or tablet that has an internet connection. There’s nothing to install on your computer, and there’s nothing to maintain. We take care of all the maintenance for you.
Once you go to the Pricing Page and process your subscription, we’ll send an email almost immediately with your account information so you can get started right away.
Don’t worry. Once you’re inside your account, there’s a link to our library of tutorial ‘walk-thru’ videos. Block out about an hour to watch those videos and you’ll be well on your way.
Yep. We’ll automatically charge your credit/debit card each month. We’ll even remind you if your card is about to expire. If you need to change the card you have on file, there’s a link for you to easily take care of that.
There’s no limit to the number of people (members, attenders, visitors, prospects) that you can add into your database. Some companies make you pay more when your attendance goes up, but we don’t. Whether you have 50 people or 500 people, your rates always stay the same.
There’s no limit to the number of users you can have. You can give access to all your leaders and staff, and they’ll each be able to have their own personal login.
Yes. You can setup different roles, such as Financial Administrator or Group Leader. Then you can set permissions for each role. This allows you make sure they see what they need to, and don’t see what they don’t need to.
Unfortunately, if you don’t have an internet connection, Church Tracer isn’t the right solution for you. But remember, even if you don’t have an internet connection at your church, you can still use the program from your home.
If you’ve been using a different software system, or if you have your data in a spreadsheet, you can easily import into Church Tracer. OR if you’d rather, we’ll do it for you – Free. Just let us know.

Good Question. A few years ago, a consulting group actually told us that we should raise our prices so churches would take us more seriously. The reason our prices are so low is simple: Our main objective ISN’T making money. We started as a group of consultants, and we love helping churches. We’re not a non-profit. We do make money. We just don’t have a desire to set our price as high as we possibly could. But don’t let the low price fool you. We’ve got a powerful set of features that can help your church get to the next level.
Yes. In fact, if you don’t love it, we don’t WANT you to keep it. The more people we serve, the bigger our servers have to be, which costs us more money in overhead. We only want Happy Users. Everything is highly encrypted and protected. Basically, if you trust buying something from Amazon, you can trust us. Plus, we have servers at multiple different locations which enhances the safety of your data even further.
