1) What IS Church Tracer?
Church Tracer is a web-based church management solution helping churches keep track of Member/Attender details, Track Attendance, Manage Follow-Up, Track Financial Contributions and Manage the Overall Details of their Church.

2) Is it web-based?
Yes, Church Tracer is web-based so you can access your account from anywhere you have an internet connection.

3) How many computers can we have this program on?
You’re not limited to a certain number of computers. Since we are web-based, you can access your account from any computer, phone or tablet that has internet service.

4) How many members can we add into our database?
There’s no limit to the number of people (members, attenders, visitors, prospects) that you can add into your database. Some companies make you pay more when your attendance goes up, but we don’t. Whether you have 50 people or 500 people, your rates always stay the same.

5) How many users can we have?
There’s no limit to the number of users you can have. You can give all your ministry leaders access if you want to.

6) What if we don’t have Internet Service?
Unfortunately, if you don’t have an internet connection, Church Tracer isn’t the right solution for you. But remember, even if you don’t have an internet connection at your church, you can still use the program from your home.

7) Can we give Limited Access to some of our users?
Yes. You can setup different passwords for people who only need limited access. Examples: People who shouldn’t see Financial data, or People who are inputting attendance data but you don’t want them to be able to see personal profiles.

8) If we subscribe to the Monthly Plan, can we upgrade to the Yearly Plan later?
Yes, Absolutely. Lots of people want to try the program first, then they upgrade to the yearly plan at a later time. Of course, you will save 2 months when you subscribe to the Yearly plan, so if you plan to use the program long-term, it’s a no-brainer to go with the Yearly plan.

9) How do we get help if we have problems?

10) Why is the price so low compared to other companies?
Good Question. A few years ago, a consulting group actually told us that we should raise our prices so churches would take us more seriously. The reason our prices are so low is simple: Our main objective ISN’T making money. We started as a group of consultants, and we love helping churches. Church Tracer is the answer to a problem we discovered (read more here). We’re not a non-profit. We do make money. We just don’t have a desire to set our price as high as we possibly could.

11) Can we cancel if we don’t like it?
Yes. In fact, if you don’t love it, we don’t WANT you to keep it. The more people we serve, the bigger our servers have to be, which costs us more money in overhead. We only want Happy Users. If you aren’t happy, you can cancel at any time and we’ll never charge you another single penny. (view refund policy)

12) How Safe is our information?
Safety and Security are top priorities for us. We don’t take any chances when it comes to the personal information you have in your Church Tracer account. Everything is highly encrypted and protected. Basically, if you trust buying something from Amazon, you can trust us. Plus, we have servers at multiple different locations which enhances the safety of your data even further.
